scanned into a digital format, encrypted, and archived in redundant
backup systems. At this time we will also return to you any original
documents provided or if you provided copies they will be destroyed
by shredding. Any information you provide in electronic format will
be encrypted and archived with your other data.
We will maintain the digital records of your tax

indefinitely provided the cost to do this does not become
prohibitive. We would be happy to provide you with a compact disk
containing these digital records if you desire.
